Check the box in the "Selected" column in the DBE Window
Click on the Items icon (
)
The Subcontract Commitment Window will open.
Right click anywhere in the Items table.
Select "Add Item" in the context-sensitive menu.
The Item Selection window will appear.
Check the box in the first column to select desired items.
Click on the Continue Button.
Enter the desired quantities (defaults to the total quantity on the contract) and unit prices.
Click on the Continue Button.
